What happens next

  1. Enter your setup and pay through secure QuickBooks checkout.
  2. Your paid order enters my queue for setup review and calibration.
  3. Your approved file becomes available on your private order page.

Delivery and revisions are usually same day and no later than one business day after payment, complete information and usable logs are received. Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm Pacific. Issues requiring diagnostics or a change in scope are discussed first.

Create your order using the checkout button above to get your invoice and order reference. You can leave the QuickBooks invoice unpaid and pay the exact invoice total through Zelle instead. Confirm the recipient in your banking app and include your order reference in the payment memo.

Let Keith know you paid by Zelle. Your order enters the paid work queue after Keith confirms receipt and records the payment against your invoice. Do not pay the invoice again if you already sent Zelle.
